Business Associate Attorney - Experienced | Syracuse & Rochester, NY

Responsibilities:
- Handle private and public merger and acquisition transactions, including structuring and financing. - Provide general corporate counseling for for-profit and not-for-profit entities, including software licensing and commercial and vendor contracts. - Work with closely-held and family businesses. - Negotiate high-dollar technology, commercial, and vendor contracts. - Assist with business structuring and governance.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in a similar role. - Admitted and in good standing with the NYS Bar. - Experience managing matters independently with limited supervision. - Experience in higher education institutions, health care law, emerging businesses, or credit unions is a plus.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and office location.
